What do I do if items are wrong or missing?

Can I return a product directly to you if I purchased it through a third-party retailer?
Unfortunately, no. Please work directly with the retailer from whom you purchased the item.
Who is responsible if a package is “undeliverable” or lost?
- Our responsibility : customs clearance failure, customs return, parcels lost in transit, damage caused by natural disasters without tracking information.
- We are not responsible for : undeliverable due to wrong address, logistics shows successful delivery but you have not received it.
Who will pay for the return shipping costs?
The sender is responsible for shipping costs.
That means, in the case of a return & refund or exchange, we will never deduct the actual shipping cost from the refund nor charge extra costs when sending again.
In any circumstance, you should pay for the return.
